How Our Calculators Work

All fitness calculations are performed entirely in your web browser using JavaScript. This means:

• Your inputs (weight, age, goals, etc.) never leave your device
• No data is transmitted to our servers
• Results are calculated locally and displayed immediately
• Nothing is saved or stored anywhere

Analytics (Privacy-Focused)

We use minimal, privacy-focused analytics to understand general usage patterns:

• Page views and basic traffic metrics (no personal identifiers)
• General geographic regions (country-level only)
• Browser types for compatibility optimization
• No individual user tracking or profiling

This helps us improve the site while maintaining your anonymity.

Third-Party Services

FitnessCalcs may include:

• Cloudflare: For hosting and performance (privacy-focused CDN)
• Google Fonts: For typography (DM Sans font loading)

These services have their own privacy policies, but we've configured them to minimize data collection.

Advertising & Monetization

If we implement advertising or affiliate partnerships in the future:

• We will clearly label all sponsored content
• We will not share your personal data with advertisers
• We will maintain our privacy-first approach
• Any changes will be clearly communicated

Data Security

Since we don't collect personal data, there's nothing to secure! However:

• Our website uses HTTPS encryption
• We follow security best practices for web development
• Regular security updates and monitoring

Your Rights

Since we don't collect personal data, there's nothing to:

• Access (we don't have your data)
• Delete (nothing stored to delete)
• Correct (no data to correct)
• Export (no data to export)
